The Opportunity:

We are looking for a eServices Specialist to join our family here at Zeal Credit Union. This positions performs a full range of professional, technical and general member support pertaining to the Credit Union's online service, including but not limited to ACH operations, eStatements, online account activity, processing mobile deposits, bill payment and funds transfer. 

Essential Functions

  • Possess a passionate devotion to providing outstanding and empathetic service to Zeal Credit Union members and fellow employees
  • Exemplify Zeal Credit Union's three pillars: live with character, feel with empathy, act with passion
  • Process all ACH activities including but not limited to Daily Balancing of the files, processing the ACH Return and Origination file, managing ACH Stop Payments and Affidavits
  • Process daily, monthly and annual tasks associated with management of online banking services.
  • Process online account openings
  • Process mobile deposits and maintain eligibility lists
  • Provide member support for Bill Pay, including payment issues, address updates and account closures
  • Provide first level staff support for eServices product and services
  • Maintain eStatement enrollments
  • Process Funds Transfer (A2A and/or P2P) transactions upon implementation
  • Recommend protocols for processing all eService products and services
  • Write and maintain procedures and documentation for all eService products and services work processes 
  • Provide assistance and support for online system implementations/rollout activities including testing, training and assistance with diagnosing the root cause to issues.
  • Regular, onsite attendance

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working with personal computers, tablets, smartphones
  • 1-3 years' customer service experience
  • High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), debits, credits, understanding of balancing of general ledgers and standard calculations using a 10 key calculator
  • Teamwork
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Personal interaction
  • Ability to navigate the Internet using various Internet browsers
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team


  • Financial institution experience
  • Fraud experience
